I assumed Michelle heard - she was sitting right there. My reply to Kayla was, "That's not nice to grab anyone there and you hurt daddy. I wanted to keep it low key, I tried to not talk about this too much then. Because we were right in the middle of McDonald's. I'm also very disturbed from the visit Kandi Drath had supervised back on June 4/04. Because in those contact notes Kandi indicated that Rhonda expressed some sort of fear of me. This was a real eye opener and I wish that I had anticipated that Rhonda was going to make the false allegations and attempt to convince everyone of this fear of me. Rhonda has no fear of me, she will do anything tactfully/malicious to stop me from being in my daughters life.

There was one thing that bothered me about Kayla within regards to my visit with her on February 12 at McDonalds in the Medicine Hat Wallmart. Kaya grabbed my zipper area of my pants and said more than once., "Whats that it's something hard." I did not have an errection under my pants in the McDonald restaurant. I don't know, but I feel as if someone like maybe Rhonda coached her to say that. As far as I know, Kayla has never seen a grown man naked below the waist. This really buggs me. Just to make you aware of one true fact according to the Alberta law society; 80% of child sexual abbuse allegations a done by mother who are in custudy battles. Most of these women make these false allegation to gain an upper hand in the custody battle. Rhonda has alreay made a false allegation already, and the Medicine Hat Police have charge me with harrasment and threating bodily harm/murder to Rhonda. The police charge based on her word alone. These charges I will fight.
